In an alternate 1940s, where Rasputin held control over the Russian Empire, Squad Scion's Bravo Team embarked on their first mission. The elite unit consisted of four enhanced soldiers: Patrick with water powers, Gaston who could transform into gaseous form, Katya possessing super strength, and Ellie wielding lightning powers. Colonel Gerald Cross and Dr. Walter Davenport briefed the team on their critical mission: to infiltrate and destroy a Russian outpost in the French-Italian Alps that housed advanced surveillance technology.
As the team parachuted into the snow-covered mountains, their first objective was to rendezvous with Elise Le Flur at a chapel. Along their treacherous journey through the French Alps, they encountered a French Refugee Family struggling to survive. After some deliberation, the team decided to escort the family to safety. During this detour, they faced a protective mother bear and her cubs, which Gaston successfully warded off using his gas powers without causing any harm.
Upon reaching the Resistance Chapel that served as a resistance hideout, the team made an interesting discovery - a journal belonging to Henry Le Flur, which detailed a past assassination attempt. When they finally met Elise Le Flur, she agreed to guide them to their target, but only after ensuring the French Refugee Family was safely secured. The Russian Mountain Outpost, they learned, was built into the mountain and protected by experimental drones powered by mysterious "void energy."
The team executed a carefully coordinated assault on the facility. Katya infiltrated the complex disguised as a Russian Guard, gathering vital intelligence about "Project Void Reaper." Meanwhile, Gaston deployed poisonous gas through the Ventilation System, while Ellie provided surveillance and support with her lightning abilities. Patrick focused on planting explosives in the facility's smokestacks.
The mission culminated in a chaotic but successful escape. As explosions rocked the facility, Ellie's lightning strikes illuminated the sky, and an avalanche cascaded down the mountain. The team managed to steal a Russian tank during their escape, adding to their accomplishments. They delivered the captured tank to the French Resistance before being extracted by helicopter. Colonel Gerald Cross and Dr. Walter Davenport later praised their outstanding performance, noting how the mission had significantly strengthened the Allied position in the region.
